Introducing Our Letters From Santa!

This year, Rize Residential is excited to launch something truly magical, Letters From Santa! We’ve always loved being part of our community’s special moments, and this Christmas, we wanted to bring some extra joy straight to your doorstep.

For the very first time, families can register to have their child receive a personalised letter from Santa, written with warmth, wonder and a whole lot of North Pole charm. Each letter is addressed by name, sprinkled with festive cheer and designed to create a moment your little one will never forget.

To make it even more meaningful, we’re offering two unique letter options.
One for children on the “Nice List,” and one for those who may have had a slightly more mischievous year.

The Nice Letter

For children who’ve spent the year showing kindness, trying their best or helping others, the Nice Letter is a heartwarming message from Santa acknowledging their wonderful efforts. It’s the perfect way to make them feel proud while inspiring them to carry their lovely habits into the new year.

The Encouraging Naughty Letter

Because let’s be honest, not every year is perfect and that’s perfectly okay.
Growing up means learning, trying again and sometimes making mistakes along the way.

Our “Naughty” letter is written to lift children up and Santa reminds them that even if they’ve been a little mischievous, there’s always room to turn things around by being kinder, listening more and showing a caring heart. The message ends with Santa looking forward to seeing all the good they’re capable of.

Parents simply fill out a quick form by December 12th, and Santa will send a personalised letter addressed directly to your child. It’s a beautiful moment to share as a family.
